IBM Eclipsing Microsoft, not the Sun
IBM in efforts to build a Java-based Middle ware wants to 'eclipse' Microsoft and not Sun. The battle of 'middle earth' is to automate life-cycle projects early. Business Analysts will use lego-brick model solutions that move on to generate code. Having acquired Rational in 2003, IBM looks to take out Microsoft .Net strategy[Visual Studio Team System] and not support them in future.
